Breast Pump Purchases
Our breast pump prices are discounted to help ensure mothers who need a breast pump will be able to purchase one and therefore continue breastfeeding for longer.
Medela Breastpumps have a 6 month warranty for the Mini Eletric and a 12 month warranty for all other electric breast pumps. Please note that occasionally a breast pump may need after sales service, usually of a minor nature.
In the event that such service is delayed for whatever reason, please ensure you always have alternative options available for milk expression and/or feeding of your baby.

Delivery Policy
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment.
Most orders have a maximum standard delivery charge of $6 within NZ. (Orders less than $20 are normally charged at $5)
Kiddiwinks reserves the right to send parcels either via NZ Post or courier for this price.
If you specifically require your parcel to arrive "signature required", or "no signature required", please email us immediatley after placing your order.
Within the Christchurch metropolitan area, deliveries will usually be the following business day.
Please allow approximately 2 – 3 business days for deliveries outside of Christchurch.
Specific courier charges are available on request for overnight / 2 day / Saturday / rural deliveries. Please email or phone us for these.
Delivery terms are subject to availability of stock. You will be advised if your order is to be delayed.
Payments Policy
We accept Cash, Visa & MasterCard, Internet Banking/Direct Payment into our bank account and cheques.
We do not charge an additional fee for payments by credit card. We use Paypal to process our on-line credit card payments. You do not need to be a member of Paypal, and they will not charge you any fees.
Internet/bank deposit payments can be made into our bank account. You may request the bank account number once purchase has been made. Please include your name on the details.
Please note we will not dispatch an order until payment has cleared.
Cash payments can be made if picking up product directly from us. An appointment is necessary for all pick ups. Please note we do not have a retail store or show room.
Returns
In the case of any products being returned for refund, only unused and unopened goods will be accepted.
Seals and packaging of all breastfeeding equipment MUST remain intact. This is of course necessary for hygiene reasons.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date.
Prices
Our products are all quoted in NZ dollars and include 12.5% GST.
All prices are correct at time of publication, however Kiddiwinks reserves the right to alter our prices at any time.
Layby
We offer an 8 week layby service on all purchases.
We require a $10 non-refundable deposit to cover admin and holding costs related to the layby.
The balance including postage is to be paid within eight weeks.
Privacy Policy
This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for Kiddiwinks.

Kiddiwinks is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not share this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Kiddiwinks collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
